long time no see
I have no crafty projects to post lately, as I've been working on a software-y side project instead. And house hunting. That housing market downturn? Not here (unless you want to live in EPA). People are still doing no-contingency overbids. It makes HGTV and their house-hunting shows in Anytown, USA absolutely unwatchable ... hearing "I'm going to guess no more than $105K for this gorgeous 3-bedroom Victorian. What, they're asking 115???" makes me want to throw things.
You know what is mind-rottingly watchable though?
Jon and Kate Plus 8. Twins and sextuplets. They are hilarious and tiny.
Also, SYTYCD season 4 . The fast forward button is essential through the judge comments. Here's one of the best dances so far.
And finally, there's this Korean faux-reality show I've been following on Youtube about pretend-spouse-celebrities called We got married. It's weirdly fake-sappy and weirdly funny and just weird. Might be an acquired taste. You have been warned.
