Finished the chipao last week, yay! Here's a detail pic:
I think this is the first time I've finished a major sewing project with time to spare. Hooray for me.
nerdiest ever tshirt
Having gone to a technical school and having worked at software companies, I've seen more than my fair share of nerdy tshirts.
But today at work, I saw this printed across someone's chest:
"There are only 10 kinds of people in the world. Those who understand binary and those who don't."
summer garden 2006
The garden this summer is going strong. I've been good about watering them every day.
We have "moon and stars" watermelon seeds that Steve saved from last summer growing.
And my little baby hydrangea is doing peachy with its teeny bracket of blooms.
We also have a whole bunch of seedlings growing -- "pink florida" tomato sprouts from last year's tomatoes, peppers, and a row of sunflowers.
